1. Appointment Policy

All services at Sunset Family Luxury Spa are by appointment only. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot.

2. Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next guest is not delayed.

3. Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your service begins. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before booking a massage.

4. Professional Environment

Sunset Family Luxury Spa is a professional wellness center. Any inappropriate behavior or harassment towards staff will result in immediate termination of the session and a ban from the premises.

5. Payment

We accept Cash, UPI, and major Credit/Debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service.
